The great beauty of this program over other Dementia Friendly Campaigns is that it was founded and created by someone living with dementia. We as ambassadors follow in his lead, learning from his experiences, and helping him and others be heard, even though the program is designed to help those living with dementia.

Set up a 60-90 Minute Site Training
It’s Free! Comes with Quick Guides and Handouts and is tailored to the specifics of your company, organization, or community. It is in the form of a lecture and Q&A.
Set up a Dementia-Friendly Plan
Over the course of 2 weeks, take time as a staff or community to determine specific steps you will take to support those living with dementia – in small ways, but dare to dream big.
Officially a Purple Angel – Continuing the Work
After you set a plan, you are officially a Purple Angel, will receive a sticker for your window, and all gain access to a Folder holding other materials and .png for your website and print material. We will continue to walk together with check-ins from me and support.
